It’s no secret here on the blog that I might have a teensy-tiny obsession with OREO cookies, hello Dirt Cake, Mint OREO Truffles, and OREO Cheesecake! It’s just not fair that one cookie can be so darn delicious, am I right?

I have baked OREOs in cupcakes, made them into trifles, truffles-you name it, I’ve tried it! So it was pretty surprising to me recently when I realized I’ve never shared this oh-so-easy recipe for OREO fudge with you before.

Description

Delicious 3 ingredient OREO cookie white chocolate fudge is always a big hit and a super simple dessert recipe.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz package white chocolate chips
  • 2/3 package OREO cookies (about 24 cookies)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9 by 9″ baking dish with parchment paper. In a small saucepan heat the condensed milk and white chocolate chips over medium heat, stirring constantly until completely melted. Remove from heat.
  2. Place all but 4 OREOs in a large plastic bag and break into large chunks-you don’t want them broken too small but at least into thirds or quarters.
  3. Mix the cookies into the chocolate mixture and pour into the prepared pan. Take the last 4 cookies in the bag and crush into small pieces. Sprinkle over the top of the fudge and gently pat into the top with the back of a spoon.
  4. Refrigerate at least an hour to set. Cut into 1.5″ squares to serve. Makes 25 pieces.

  1. I followed the recipe to the tee and they seem a bit over gooey compared to other fudges I’ve made, is this your usual outcome?

      1. mines the same, top has gone hard however the rest is gooey, even left in the refrigerator over night.

  2. Can I use Nestles white morsel chips instead of white chocolate chips? Or can I use white chocolate baking bar, want to use stuff I have if possible, thanks

    1. I’ve had issues getting the white morsels to melt without seizing up, that is why I recommended the chocolate chips. For some reason the white chips always seem to be the hardest to get a good melt on for me but if they melt well for you by all means, they will taste just as good! 3. In the recipe you say to use 2/3 of the package of Oreo’s about (24 ) then you say to crush 4 in a bag add to chocolate mixture then you say to crush the last 4 oreo’s and sprinkle over the top ….where did the other 16 cookies go to ?…..where did you put them ?

    1. Oh never mind I had reread the recipe and I seen where I messed up …sorry you did you all the oreo’s just used the last four for the top …. again sorry for not reading it properly …
