Bacon Cheddar Quiche Recipe

Hearty Bacon Cheddar Quiche pulls together in a snap and is perfect for brunch or potluck dinners! Made in a deep dish pie crust, it is always a hit!

A piece of quiche and bacon on a white plate

Last week the pantry and fridge were getting a little bare because I refused to grocery shop before we were leaving on a week-long cruise vacation. Unfortunately my husband and kids were not terribly impressed with my “eat the fridge” campaign and they may have even scoffed a bit when I said I’d whip up a quiche for lunch last Sunday.

However, when I served up this hearty bacon cheddar quiche the tables were quickly turned! My husband even asked me “have you taken pictures of this, you need to put this recipe on your blog!” Too funny! (Of course, I had taken pictures, silly!)
